When you can ship out my order?

Usually we ship the item within 3 business day after full payment is received. When can I get the parcel?

Where do I get my parcel?

Usually the post will hand over the parcel to your house or mail box. While sometimes it might need pick up at your local post office. For this situation,you can call the local post office see if they can make another dispatch.If no, please pick up the parcel from the post office asap better within 7 days.

How about the return and refund policy?

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
